Pizza

Originating in Italy, from the Neapolitan cuisine, the dish has become popular in many parts of the world.[1] An establishment that makes and sells pizzas is called a "pizzeria". Pizza is one of the national foods of Italy and the Italian people.

ingredients:
1 & 1 / 2 cups self-raising flour
30 g butter
1 / 2 cup milk
1 / 2 recipe pizza sauce
1 1 / 2 cup mozzarella cheese
150 g boneless ham, diced
1 can (225 grams) pineapple, sliced, drained
How to Make:
Pananskan oven at a temperature of 210 degrees Celsius (190degrees gas) oles pan 30 cm. with oil.
Put the flour and butter in a processor, process 20 seconds. addmilk, process 30 seconds longer. move it to another container,knead until smooth.
Form so roundabout 30 cm. put on a baking sheet folding the edges inward to form the periphery
Rub the sauce over the pizza base and arrange mozzarellacheese, ham and pineapple that has been cut into small pieceson top, add remaining cheese
Bake 25 minutes until the pizza base crisp and golden brown.
Cut and serve hot
2. PIzza In A Cup
ingredients:
5 tablespoons olive oil
75 g onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
200 grams of minced meat
100 grams of cheddar cheese, pulmonary

1 red pepper, chopped
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 can (400 g) tomatoes, crushed
1 / 4 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 lbr large basil, shredded
1 tsp black pepper, crushed coarse
salt to taste
A thin pizza base
150 g mozzarella cheese, slice thickness of 5 mm
12-14 thin slices of Italian salami
1 can (45 ounces) boneless anchovies, drained and thinly sliced
1 cup pitted black olives
Fresh oregano leaves
How to Make:
Preheat oven to 210 degrees C (190 degrees gas)
Make sauce from ingredients were:
Saute garlic and pepper over medium heat for 1 minute, then add the tomatoes, peppers, oregano, basil, pepper and salt.
Simmer for 12 minutes over low heat. remove from heat.
Spread the cooled sauce over the pizza base, place the cheese,salami, anchovies and olives on top.
Bake 25 minutes until golden brown pizza base. garnish withoregano leaves, if desired.
Cut and serve immediately

1 tbsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped
